All kitchens need outlets, but sometimes you don't want them to take away from your beautiful countertops or windows. That's why we're excited to use Prado outlets. They are small and stylish, and most importantly, they don't detract from the overall kitchen feel or your countertops.

Do you need a Plumber? We’ve got a great one for you. Bluegreen Plumbing thank you so much for collaborating on this whole house renovation with us! There were some tricky conditions and Tony was amazing to work with. You can reach out to Tony by email to [email protected]

We had eight beautiful custom posts created by Old Mill Woodworks, and today we're deciding which six go in the kitchen and which two go in the powder room.

These posts were made in two batches, so we're looking to find the two odd ones out.

(And yes, we did figure it out at the end of the video. Did you see it?)

Make sure your kitchen materials are compatible; one of the best ways to do that is to ask who you ordered your countertops from and which appliance brand you choose.

In this project, the stone is sealed, and the appliance vents downward, so there is nothing to be concerned about, but every project is unique!

We're so excited for the custom hood in this beautiful kitchen. Everything is starting to come together with appliances, staining, and other installations.

We're close to the end of the whole-home renovation. Follow along to see how it all turns out.

We moved the larger laundry room upstairs where most of the laundry comes from... the kids 😉

On the main floor in the primary suite, we stole a little space from the formerly full-sized laundry area to add to the primary bathroom. This works for our clients, though, because the bulk of the laundry comes from (and will now stay) upstairs!

Moving laundry rooms upstairs is a common request. Less common is moving it upstairs specifically so the kids are fully responsible for their own laundry.

Would something like this work in your home?

One unique request and challenge in our Pinehurst project was creating four upstairs bedrooms, each with a bathroom and walk-in closet, without expanding the home's upstairs footprint.

Our clients know this home is their forever home, and they are prioritizing creating space that grows with their family. This will be great for the kids now while they live in the house, and it will also create a dedicated space for them when they return home to visit as adults.

We're so close to completing this whole-home renovation. Follow along to see how it all turns out.

Hardware selection involves more decisions than most people expect: finishes, sizes, shapes, and how each option functions day-to-day. There's no universal right answer, just what feels right for how you use the space and the time taken to sit with the details before committing.

This basement was once completely closed off, with a solid wall, no access below, and no living space above. As part of the Pinehurst whole-home remodel, we opened that wall to connect the existing basement to a new guest suite with its own en suite bathroom, supporting work-from-home, hosting guests, and entertaining without a trip back to the main level.

Follow along to see how this entire project comes together.
