HIRING POST:
Currently hiring Auto Repair Technicians. Pay ranges $25-$55 flag hourly, depending on experience and hired position. ASE Certified is preferred, however test books are provided and you have the option to get certified. NOW I KNOW SOME ASE CERTIFIED TECHS CANT FIX A SANDWICH. To me it shows commitment.

Experience is highly valuable but the willingness to ALWAYS LEARN something new is invaluable.

Expectations/Duties:

- Diagnose problems and using many resources provided like Identifix to pinpoint issues.
- Road test after every repair and point out any concerns discovered while test driving or vehicle INSPECTION on EVERY car possible.
- Experience in diagnosing issues including: Drivability, electrical, mechanical, road test
- Experience with computer diagnostics
- Having their own standard tools and diagnostic equipment preferred. If you need to borrow mine just put them back where u found them.
- Great mechanical awareness and great attitude!
- MUST have integrity.
- Familiarity with Tekmetric systems is a plus, but just came out so I have no problem helping you learn the system.

Also, hiring a part-time to full-time Service Advisor starting at $12/hr who will mainly be operating the front desk duties, office maintenance, inventory. We are looking for an organized individual with exceptional customer service skills. Familiarity with using Tekmetric systems and being able to do oil changes is a plus, but not required (on job training available!).

Experience is highly valuable but the willingness to always learn something new is invaluable.

Time to replace those coolant hoses if they are over 4 years old. Trust me you don't want to lose coolant from a hose that leads to an engine. Most of our techs are European Specialist as well. We just need an appointment and for you to drop it off with us please. Should definitely knock it out same day. No promises these days, because parts are way harder to get for some reason. Coolant hoses are really common though, so anything older than 2017 you need to replace. We also replace the clamps and don't charge for them like most places. We want to take care of you this winter. We don't want anymore big jobs due to lack of maintenance. I'm not upselling. I'm educating.

You can contribute to keeping a shop in business financially or by prayer. Either way I appreciate everyone who has already donated, and that believes we will be here for the long haul. It's hard to find a shop you can trust. A mechanic you can trust. Heck anyone, you can trust these days. I know regardless God will provide whether through people, or just by giving us wisdom to make necessary changes so that once out of this hole we are in that lessons are learned, and the same mistakes aren't made again. I have learned some serious lessons owning this shop, and I have learned that people aren't so awesome sometimes. I have let people set up payment plans. Most of those have made payments as promised. Some blocked our number, won't answer, and just left us with anywhere from $200 owed to $3,000. Taxes Since me coming back owed $5,500 to the state. Advance Auto Parts who isn't even our primary vendor we owe $5,600 to. Judy I owe 5k a month. Been paying her less than half that. I've gotten a new point of sales system to cut costs, and actually way more proficient. I've even remodeled the upstairs to make into an apartment, so I can just live here. Makes since, and enjoy working on cars when it's not all hectic during the day. Honestly I need some techs as well that can work full time. They say nice guys finish last. I've been very nice to so many and in return, I could lose this shop and be left wondering what if. Please if not for the sake of Integrity. Just pray about it, and whatever God puts on your heart.
