One of our superintendents pulled this shot from on-site — and it says everything about where we are on this project. Multiple floors of wood framing across a large-scale multifamily footprint, moving on schedule with the kind of coordination that only comes from a team that understands what's downstream.

No exceptions. No conversations about it. Retractable YoYo lanyards are standard issue on every elevation above 6 feet. That's not a policy we post on a wall. It's what happens before the work starts, every single time.

Falls are the leading cause of fatalities in construction. We treat that fact accordingly.
