MORE WORK ON THIS HOUSE, man we have been called back to this house more than 10 times to fix problems caused by sloppy and poor work! We replaced an exterior wood beam that was spliced and out of code with a brand new w12x26! Watch how we did it!!

CAN WE INSTALL THIS IBEAM? It only weighs 3000lbs! We used 5 genie lifts to get this big boy up! We got this beam up and put 5x5x3/8 posts up under it to hold the beam and the roof up!

STAIR TOWER DEMO DAY 2! We have completely removed the stair and stair tower that was completely installed wrong and out of code to make way for our new stair system! Follow along for more problems with the house and how we fix them!
