GPC began the SPIRIT Day celebration at our Atlanta campus by commemorating our role as Official Supporter of the Atlanta World Cup 2026 Host City.

The Atlanta United Street Team kicked things into gear by giving away tickets and merch and the drivers Ron Capps, Christian Eckes, Chase Elliott , Maddi Gordon Racing , Daniel Hemric and Daison Pursley Racing revved things up with autographs and photos.

But today, we recognize the real MVP’s of SPIRIT Day, our teammates, and we acknowledge their hard work and dedication that fuel our success all year long.

The GPC Global Technology Center Supply Chain Integrations team plays a critical role within the organization, supporting and collaborating across nearly every area of the business. Their primary focus is enabling seamless integration between key supply chain platforms which are central to modernizing GPC’s operations.

This team is working smarter, faster and better by intentionally building a culture of learning and structured innovation. Through initiatives like a team book club and regular knowledge-sharing sessions, they create space for open discussion that sparks new ways of thinking, encourages different perspectives and makes creative problem-solving a natural part of their teamwork. After recognizing that many of their projects shared similar patterns, the team developed their own Integration Patterns Library, a set of reusable building blocks that standardizes how they approach integrations and significantly reduces development time.

“What makes our team unique is our mix of personalities and strengths. If you imagine a group of superheroes in an action movie, each one brings a completely different superpower, that’s us. We have strategic thinkers, technical experts, detail-oriented planners, creative problem-solvers and natural connectors who bring people together. What truly sets us apart is how much we value those differences. Each of us brings something special on our own, but together, that’s when we really shine.”– Katsia Kazak, Lead Engineer, Software

The NAPA Network Customer Care team is essential in improving the customer experience by pinpointing and resolving obstacles that complicate shopping. They thoroughly investigate the underlying causes behind customer outreach and address negative experiences by partnering with relevant departments to implement solutions. Their customer-centric approach is fueled by a passion for amplifying the voice of the customer and ensuring feedback leads to meaningful improvements.

This team is continuously identifying ways to work smarter, faster and better through strong cross-functional collaboration. They rely on other departments to act on their insights, creating a seamless feedback loop for ongoing improvement and have empowered their agents to make decisions independently, keeping workflows efficient. Looking ahead, they are adopting AI technology to better capture customer feedback and establish a new communication channel.

“Success for the customer care team is unique because our impact isn’t measured by delivering a specific solution. Instead, we “win” by providing quality information to NAPA teams, directly from our customer, enabling smarter decisions and solutions company-wide.” – Kristin Gossett, Director, Customer Care
