Every year, Alpha team members and our distribution and manufacturing partners from across Texas and Oklahoma come together at Lake Texoma for our annual North Texas Fishing Trip. This year, the tournament carried a new name: the JR Classic.

Earlier this year, we suddenly lost a member of our Alpha family, Justin Roberts. Justin loved these fishing tournaments, so it felt right to remember him at the event he enjoyed so much.

We’re grateful to the members of the Roberts family who joined us this year. It meant a lot to all of us.

Progress update! Mosaic, an upcoming recreation center, will be home to skating rinks, basketball courts, and more. Our crews are on site handling waterproofing and firestopping, delivering quality installations that will help protect the building for years to come.

A big thank you to our field teams for the skill and dedication they bring to every project, and for representing Alpha with professionalism every day.

Every project we complete helps build a safer, more connected future for the communities we serve.

Just in time for football season, our Alpha Orlando crews are wrapping up the below-grade waterproofing scope at the Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium Project.

The scope includes waterproofing the new elevator and escalator pits, along with the new stadium foundations. Our team is installing more than 50,000 square feet of W.R. Meadows MEL-ROL and PRECON waterproofing systems for the AECOM Hunt/Barton Malow joint venture.

Another major project taking shape in Jacksonville, and great work by our Orlando team.

Alpha San Antonio is wrapping up our exterior work on the University Health System New Community Hospital – Palo Alto.

Slated to open in 2027, the hospital will include 164 beds with the capacity to expand to 286. A connected 100,000-square-foot medical office building will also help make care more convenient for patients.

We’re pleased to have worked with Turner-Byrne-Straight Line JV on this project. Our scope included waterproofing, air barrier, flashings, semi-rigid cavity wall insulation, joint sealants, turn-key firestopping and expansion joints.

Partnering manufacturers included Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing, York Manufacturing, Emseal, MM Systems, Specified Technologies, Inc. and Dow Corning.

This National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we’re recognizing the drivers who help keep things moving by getting our materials, equipment, and crews where they need to go.

Thank you to our drivers for the care and commitment you bring to the job each day. We appreciate all you do!

Investing in our people means giving them the tools and training they need to succeed.

Over the past few weeks, our foremen have been training on Procore and getting equipped with new iPads to make communication, coordination and real-time project management easier in the field.

It’s one more way we’re helping our teams stay connected, work more efficiently and have the information they need to keep projects moving forward.

Because when we invest in our people, we invest in the future of our company.
