The company began humbly with furnace, air conditioning, and appliance repair for our Mid-Ohio Valley homeowners long before the use of the H. Harley Morrison founded the company, incorporated it in 1961, and started the expansion of the business with his partner Edwin "Jack" Haas. The second generation started with Harley's son, Ken Morrison, coming on board in 1979 and then with Jack's son, David Haas, joining the business in 1983. Under Ken and David's leadership, the business has continued to grow. provides service and installation for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers throughout our region. With more than 50 staff members, we offer a range of services from the basics of HVAC to difficult technical solutions for a host of industries. We also employ a full sheet metal construction shop with a computer aided design plasma cutting table. Currently, the third generation, represented by Ken's son, Chase, is helping to develop our commercial lines and becoming an integral part of the management team.
