We’re grateful for the opportunity to take this one on.

The homeowner told us several contractors had shown little interest in the project, so we were thankful for the chance to step in and help.

This one definitely came with some challenges, but that made it even more rewarding. Our crew worked hard, stayed on it, and completed the rebuild in just 7 working days.

We appreciate the trust, the opportunity, and everyone who followed along with the progress.

Day 6 on the barn rebuild.

Metal is temporarily secured and ready for final screws. We also had our midway inspection and walked away with two recommendations.

Transparency is important to us. Our inspector shared an additional bracing method he learned years ago and recommended adding it to the build. We 100% agreed. He also recommended switching to structural screws with a larger head, so that’s exactly what we’re doing.

We’re not perfect, and we’ll never pretend to be. What we will do is listen, keep learning, and put in the extra work to deliver the best finished product we can.

Framing is complete, soffit is finished, the roof is on, and everything is ready for our midway inspection.

Day 3 is in the books!

Yesterday we got the roof on and made some serious progress. It’s hard to beat seeing a project go from demo to looking like a barn again in just a few days.

We’ve had some good weather, a hardworking crew, and a homeowner who isn’t afraid to jump in and help.

Trusses are set, bracing is attached, and everything is ready for framing.

It’s always a good feeling when a project starts taking shape this quickly. Still plenty of work ahead, but we made some solid progress today.

This one is officially underway!

The homeowner has put in a ton of work getting a head start on the demo, which has been a huge help. Today our crew is jumping in and starting our portion of the teardown.

There’s a lot of work ahead, but that’s what makes projects like this fun. We’re excited to work alongside the homeowner and bring this barn back to life.

We’ll share the progress as we go. This should be a good one to follow!
