🌟 **Employee Spotlight: Todd Winter** 🌟

Meet Todd Winter, one of the newest members of the NF Construction team! Joining us as a Supervisor on June 22, 2026, Todd brings **20 years of construction experience** and a passion for craftsmanship, problem-solving, and bringing blueprints to life.

From building homes to restoring historic buildings and windows, Todd has built an impressive background in construction. One of his most notable experiences was working on the renovation of the Salt Lake City Mormon Temple, where he spent more than three years restoring windows as part of a seven-year renovation project.

At NF Construction, Todd oversees construction documentation, subcontractor scheduling, and jobsite coordination, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and keeping projects on schedule. His goal is to deliver projects efficiently while exceeding client expectations.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys golf and automotive restoration. He recently completed a 1941 Dodge truck restoration with his father and is currently restoring a 1966 Mustang and a 1928 Ford Model A. His attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship carry over from his personal projects to his work in construction.

We're excited to have Todd's experience, leadership, and dedication to quality on the NF Construction team!

**Welcome to the team, Todd!** 🏗️

👷‍♂️ Employee Spotlight: Ray Spencer

Meet Ray Spencer, one of the experienced professionals helping bring NF Construction projects to life.

As a Senior Superintendent, Ray brings more than 25 years of commercial construction experience to the NF team. Before joining NF 1½ years ago, he spent 25 years with KBS Constructors, where he worked on everything from judicial and law enforcement centers to telecommunications buildings to research facilities.

At NF, Ray has put that experience to work on projects including the Saline County Fire Station in Brookville, the Abilene Wastewater Project, and Kansas State Bank in WaKeeney.

One of Ray’s strengths is finding solutions. He enjoys working through the details, solving problems in the field, and looking for ways to make a project better—or save money along the way.

When he's away from the job site, Ray enjoys hunting, fishing, riding his side-by-side in the mountains, and shooting sports.

We’re proud to have Ray’s experience, problem-solving skills, and dedication on the NF team.

Building dreams one project at a time. 🔨
