NOW HIRING: Heavy Equipment Operator
Starting Pay: $23.74-26.59/hr

What You'll Do:
✅ Operate heavy equipment, including:
Excavators / Track Hoes
Front End Loaders
Bulldozers
✅ Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
✅ Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks
✅ Follow all safety policies and procedures
✅ Support production and site operations efficiently and safely

What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience Dependable and safety-focused
Willingness to learn and grow
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Team player with problem-solving skills

We're Hiring: Project Engineer | Asheville Area

Hedrick Industries is looking for a Project Engineer based in the Asheville area to support engineering and capital improvement projects across our aggregate operations. This hands-on role combines engineering design, project coordination, field support, and problem-solving to help improve safety, efficiency, and productivity throughout our plants.

-Competitive salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
-Opportunity to work on diverse engineering and plant improvement projects
-Mix of office and field work
-Regular travel to the Charlotte area required
-Strong recent graduates with CAD experience encouraged to apply
