In Rye, New Hampshire, the near completion of Benchmark Senior Living’s assisted living addition at Benchmark at Rye reflects the strength of long-term partnership and strategic collaboration.

The 60,000 SF, two-story expansion adds 70 assisted living apartments to an award-winning memory care community, meeting growing Seacoast demand while keeping residents connected to what matters most.

Built within an active campus, the project required careful coordination across 4.5 acres, complex sitework, two New England winters, and 100+ subcontractors while maintaining uninterrupted operations.
