🎓 Day 1 of SignalFire University is in the books, and Day 2 is officially underway!

There's nothing better than seeing our attendees roll up their sleeves, get hands-on with SignalFire technology, and walk away with knowledge they can put to work in the field.

Supporting our customers goes beyond providing the technology - it means helping make sure the solution works for their specific application.

This week, Troy McLean worked with Jon Crabtree of the Brazos Valley Groundwater Conservation District to configure our RANGER cellular transmitters for use with Eno Scientific 670 and 700 Series sonar sensors.

The district is currently in the process of installing 20 RANGERs as part of its groundwater monitoring efforts. Hands-on training helped ensure Jon was comfortable configuring the devices, connecting the sensors, and preparing the systems for deployment in the field.

It’s always rewarding to work directly with customers as they bring new monitoring solutions online - and even better to see SignalFire technology helping make critical groundwater data easier to access remotely.

Thank you to Jon and the Brazos Valley Groundwater Conservation District for the opportunity to work together this week!

SignalFire Cloud can now work like an auto-dialer to alert users to critical alarms, automatically placing a phone call when a configured alarm event is triggered.

When the call is answered, an audible description of the alarm event is played, helping users quickly understand what is happening at their remote asset.

Phone Alarms can be enabled within the 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨 section when editing a user and can be used alongside existing SMS and email alarm notifications.
