Last week was UPCC Draft Day!

Congratulations to all 10 students who successfully completed the program — a huge accomplishment and a great step toward a skilled trades career.

We’re especially excited to welcome Josh from Ishpeming High School to the DMI team! Josh was drafted to UP Plumbers & Pipefitters Local #111, and we’re looking forward to seeing all he accomplishes in this next chapter.

We received this message from a customer and had to share a portion of it:

“We chose to continue working with DMI because of the quality of work, positive communication and responsiveness. During the ‘big blizzard’ when one of our units was out, Joe called me and helped troubleshoot and get our heat back — even though every contractor out there was already stretched thin. He then called the next morning to follow up and make sure we were in good shape. This is a level of service not seen with all companies these days.

Additionally, Jeff’s attention to detail and willingness to take time to explain things has been very helpful. His patience was evident on more than one visit.”
