🇺🇸 Seward, Nebraska — We’re Here to Help!

Exterior + is back in Seward, ready to assist! First, we’ll be serving the multitude of past customers who trusted us after the large hail event a few years ago — but we’re also here for ALL Seward residents in need.
We will have heavy equipment readily availabile for large tree removal and clean up. And some emergency generators as supplies last!

Our roots run deep here. Owner Biff Sulc coached Concordia baseball in 2010 and served as assistant coach for Bluejay football in the years that followed. Our other owner (and Biff’s son) Lake Sulc grew up right here — with fond memories of the old middle school downtown and those unforgettable donuts from the old bakery. Any excuse to come home is a good one… but sadly, this time it’s to help our hometown recover once again.

We want to keep 4th of July City as beautiful as it’s always been.
