Camp Victory Inc. is dedicated to supporting Veterans and First Responders by providing a peaceful outdoor environment where they can heal, reconnect, and build community. Through retreats, hands-on programs, and the power of nature, they help combat the effects of PTSD and promote mental and physical well-being.

This Time Tomorrow Foundation uses music, storytelling, and community to deliver “Random Acts of Kindness," providing direct financial support to individuals and families fighting cancer. Their mission is simple but powerful: to bring hope today and help people reach the tomorrows they deserve.

These organizations represent the heart of what Tee Up for a Cause is all about; healing, hope, and community.

Meet Linda Jørgensen—our Book Keeper for the Denmark office and the heart behind a festive side hustle that’s equal parts spreadsheets and spruce tips. By day, Linda keeps our
Denmark books balanced; on December weekends, she and her
husband Thomas turn their small farm just five miles from our
Hørning office into a holiday playground.

And yes, we’re proudly on‑brand: employee side hustles were
the theme of our 2025 company Christmas card—so Linda’s

As we turn the page to another exciting chapter at Complete Filtration, I can’t help but feel both proud and energized. Proud of how far we’ve come and energized by what’s next. Each year seems to move faster than the last, but we aren’t complaining, we are using the opportunity to strengthen our team!

Over the past year, we’ve continued to build strategically, adding incredible talent, expanding our facilities, and tackling some of the most ambitious projects in our history. Growth is easy to measure in numbers, but the real story is in the people and purpose behind it.

In the United States, we’ve welcomed 16 new team members across Project Management, Mechanical Design, Technical Support, and Business Services, each one strengthening our ability to deliver excellence with precision and speed. We also expanded our Wausau WI, Marshfield WI, and Hørning, Denmark offices, creating more room for collaboration (and maybe a few more coffee machines). Across the Atlantic, our Denmark team has grown by 5, and we’ve added 1 new teammate in the Netherlands, continuing to build a European foundation that’s as strong as it is innovative.

But perhaps most exciting of all, our Wastewater Division has truly found its stride. We’ve not only solidified our leadership in the dairy industry but also completed the startup and commissioning of one of the largest and most advanced wastewater treatment facilities in the industry, a milestone that represents the perfect intersection of technology, teamwork, and a lot of tenacity.

We’ve solidified our leadership in the dairy industry while continuing to execute technically complex projects across 11 countries, each one showcasing the depth of talent and expertise within our team. This level of global ex*****on isn’t new for Complete Filtration - but it never stops being exciting. What is new, however, is our expansion into a sixth continent - Africa. That milestone means we’ve now delivered filtration projects on six continents, including Antarctica. The South Pacific might just be next - who knows? (We’ll need to pack extra sunscreen for that one!)

Through all this, our mission remains the same: to elevate the experiences of our employees, customers, and communities through sustainable technology and innovative processes - all while keeping it fun. Because if you can’t enjoy the ride, you’re missing half the journey.

Here’s to another year of growth, innovation, and maybe a little friendly competition for the best parking spot at our expanding offices. Let’s move forward – together - with purpose, passion, and pride

A big thank you to our summer interns!

This summer we had the privilege of working with two outstanding interns:

Gabe Felix brought his energy to our automation team, diving right into projects and showing great interest in programming and future opportunities in automation at CFR.

Lilli Park joined our operations team and quickly proved she’s more than just our CEO’s daughter—she’s an incredible team member. From streamlining efficiencies in operations to gaining exposure across departments (including onsite work and even membrane installation), Lilli jumped in with curiosity and commitment.

We’re grateful for their hard work, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives. It’s been a pleasure having them with us this summer, and we can’t wait to see where their paths take them next!

Family Night Out at the Ballpark

Last night, our team traded in spreadsheets for stadium seats and hosted a company night out at the Wausau Woodchucks Baseball!

Team members rounded up their crews for a night filled with food, fun, and laughter. It was the perfect way to relax, connect outside the office, and show off our home-run cheering skills.

Events like this remind us that behind every project and deadline is a crew of incredible people who work hard and play hard. (And yes… some of us may have sneakily checked emails between innings ).
