Trierweiler Construction is looking for an Accounts Payable / Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Marshfield, WI.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a stable, team-oriented company. The role is being opened as part of a planned transition from a valued employee who is retiring after nearly 40 years with Trierweiler Construction.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both accounting and administrative office functions.

Responsibilities include:
• Processing accounts payable invoices and vendor payments
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Assisting with customer billings
• Maintaining organized records
• Communicating with vendors, customers, and team members
• Supporting daily office operations

Prior experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office administration is preferred.

Estimated compensation is approximately $55,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
