We hosted 8th grade students from Marshfield Middle School on Thursday. Students learned about different types of metals, how the machining process works and the various careers it takes to get the job done!

This week, we held an appreciation lunch for our teammates! Burgers were grilled to perfection, featuring beef from a steer purchased at the fair this year and raised by one of our very own teammates.

We took time to reflect on 30 years (yes, you read that right!) in business and look ahead to where we’re headed today.

Another special part of this lunch? It was held in our newest facility! While renovations are still underway, our teammates had the opportunity to check out the new space and see the progress firsthand.

Here’s to celebrating our team, reflecting on how far we’ve come, and looking forward to what’s ahead!

Today, our employees hosted our annual Employee-Sponsored Lunch! 🍽️

We enjoyed a delicious variety of flavored pulled pork, several homemade salads, and plenty of desserts—all made and shared by our talented teammates!

A big thank-you to everyone who contributed their time, cooking, and delicious dishes to make this annual tradition so special. We appreciate our team and the opportunity to enjoy a great meal together!

On May 30, 2006, IMS hired our first full-time engineer, Matt Weiland. Fast forward 20 years, and today we're proud to recognize him for two decades of dedicated service to IMS!
As a valued member of our engineering team, Matt has played an integral role in ensuring projects are successfully completed from concept to completion. His attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality have contributed greatly to our success over the years and helped shape the department into what it is today.
