Here is an update on the Eastern Iowa Airport water proofing project we are doing. We wrapped the footings with membrane in the 1st phase. 2nd phase we installed membrane before the concrete floor was poured. 3rd phase we are installing membrane on the walls. Have another day of work and then should be almost done except for a little more water proofing on existing structure later. Here are a couple photos. Haven't posted in awhile on here. We have pretty much finished up all 2024 projects and looking forward to a good year in 2025. We start out 2025 installing water barrier membrane on the footings and floor of the Eastern Iowa Airport water treatment building. We are also still looking to fill in some gaps for residential work to fill in the gaps from the commercial projects. Remember we are a small company and make sure you are happy before we leave. Don't forget about our incentive program for people to send us leads. Make money by just sending us someone who needs some work done. Once they sign a contract you will get a check. Here is a couple pics from the Marengo Pool buildings we finished up not too long ago. We installed a custom metal standing seam roof and custom soffit. We also included a couple pictures of the Anamosa downtown revitalization project. We installed new grey tpo membrane and custom sheet metal. We bend all our own metal and can do anything you want. Good morning Facebook friends. We are launching an incentive program for people that refer someone to us for our services. This incentive program is based off of a signed contract and the contracted amount. Once project is complete we will pay person that referred that customer. Here is how it will work:

1. Up to $5,000 contract = $100
2. $5,001 - $10,000 = $200
3. $10,001 - $15,000 = $300
4. $15,001 - $20,000 = $400
5. $20,001 - $25,000 = $500
And so on. You can see every $5,000 is $100 more.

Then we will do one better. If that customer you referred to us and they refer another person that signs a contract with us, you will get an extra $100 for that. So make sure that anyone your refer gives us your name so we can get you paid.

Again we do roofs, siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, decks, garage additions, pole barn buildings, concrete and anything else to do with construction. We are booking for 2025 but still have a little time for some cold weather projects this winter.

We have also been working on a downtown project for the city of anamosa. We are installing new grey membrane with all new sheet metal cap that we custom make our self. We will get better pictures once the project is completed. Waiting on a couple contractors to get some brick work done. Then we can finish.

Here is a quick update of what we have been doing lately. Thank you Kory Meyer for giving us the opportunity to rebuild this for you and your family. This building was pretty much garbage after the deracho and has been sitting since. My guys were able to take off all the bad and replace with new. Can't even tell where the new metal met the old metal. New trusses, new end wall, new doors and new windows. Also built a nice overhang on the new wall for seating. We still have clean up but all done. We also did the ceiling and concrete work. So if you are in the market for a new metal building or just revamping your current one, give us a call.
