in the state of Georgia and is accredited internationally as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. Gary is also certified as a Level II Certified Design Professional by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Gary has been responsible for design, permitting, and managing land development projects for a variety of clients including architects, government agencies, and private developers. Gary is proficient in site layout, pavement design, storm sewer and drainage design, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer infrastructure and erosion and sedimentation control practices to comply with the requirements of local, state, and federal governments.
