was established in 1860 to serve the commercial construction needs of customers in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. Since 1988 the firm has been owned and operated by General Contractor Craig Collis and his partner and wife, Berniece Collis. During these two plus decades, Minghini’s has grown in reputation and size, but it continues to retain its founding business philosophy dictated by the Gold

We honor the memory of Patty Lou Nisewarner, mother of Berniece Collis. When Patty went to be with the Lord in May, the Minghini’s family lost a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Her care, strength, and example will continue to inspire us, and her legacy will be reflected in everything we do.
