🚨 No Heat Call – Completely Preventable 🚨

Called out for a no heat issue and found the system totally out of refrigerant. The cause? Wires that weren’t secured properly rubbed against a copper line, eventually wearing through it and letting all the refrigerant escape.

This wasn’t a bad unit — it was an installation issue. Proper wire routing and vibration control would have prevented it.

Another cracked heat exchanger found — and replaced — on a rooftop unit today.

I recently knocked out this system for a customer, four cameras all powered by PoE cable-Power over Ethernet which I ran into the attic and brought all four into the garage into a switch where I then ran one LAN or home run cable back into the attic and down the wall into the house to plug into the NVR. One of the best if not the best security systems you can have, the audio and picture is top notch. If you’re looking for a system this is what I would suggest, reach out today for an estimate.

☀️ Hot Roof, Cool Customers.

Some days, the sun’s beating down, the roof feels like an oven, and the job fights you every step of the way. Today was one of those days — but we wouldn’t trade it for anything.

We tackled a rooftop unit that just wasn’t performing. After some serious hands-on work — recovery, pressure testing, recharging with R-410A, and a full coil cleaning — this system is now dialed in and cooling like a champ. 📈❄️

Another satisfied client!! We got the call to take down an old halogen pole light and swapped it out with this super bright LED! Using UF-B direct burial wire we tapped into an existing receptacle, set a pressure treated 4x4 post and mounted a NEMA 3R switch with an outdoor cover, from there running the rest of the line up the pole and to the light.
