Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must work independently, be a self- starter and motivated. The ideal candidate must be attentive to deadlines and have the ability to prioritize work based on those deadlines. Required to communicate effectively with staff members, customers and vendors in a professional manner over the phone and by email. Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Quickbooks and have the ability to learn to operate within new computer programs easily. Must have residential construction experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Receive emails for service order requests
• Download required documents for service order requests
• Contact vendors/staff members to fulfill service orders
• Contact homeowner/supervisor(s) to schedule service or address concerns
• Remind vendors/staff members of service obligations on a daily basis
• Communicate with customers regarding status of service order, required materials, etc.
• Compile billing information for service, create invoice in QuickBooks and submit invoice to appropriate contact
• Work with field supervisors to schedule work
• Track billable time for service work orders and EPO requests
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and detail-oriented with project management abilities
