The best reason for Thanksgiving turkey is to use the carcass for soup. Just loaded up pot with loads of vegetables, the carcass, spices, and 24 cups of water. Gotta cook it down for about 6 hours, strain it, pull all the turkey, and start again tomorrow with fresh veggies. Lots of work but worth it!

Another one in the books. This 1500 bottle cellar features custom mahogany racking for wood cases, regular and magnum bottles, open cubbies for booze, and drink ledges around the room. The space is being cooled by a ductless split cooling system with ultra quiet evaporator.

Todays Wine Wednesday features one of the best champagnes we’ve ever tasted! This 2015 4 Elements champagne is made with Pinot Noir grapes and has very fine bubbles. If you ever come across this bottle, it’s worth the $! 🥂

We reconfigured the entire first floor of this clients home including the garage entrance to integrate this beautiful custom wine cellar. We have a complete construction background so we’re able to take on complicated projects that include additions onto your house or commercial space!

This cellar has mahogany racking for various different formats including wooden boxes and a rack to showcase the owners favorite bottles. We built this tasting counter in the cellar with racking underneath. The infamous painted the beautiful mural on the ceiling.
