These are unprecedented times for America and the world. At Galloway Beck, we recognize the global impact of COVID-19 and we are closely monitoring reports from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; along with U.S. Federal, State, and local agencies to make sure our guidelines adhere to relevant health authority recommendations. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers, and their families.
We have implemented the following:
• Employees that are feeling sick are encouraged to stay home for 14 days.
• Employees that have been in contact with individuals who are sick or symptomatic will be asked to stay at home for 14 days.
• Mask and gloves have been given to all individuals to be used while working or interacting with customers face to face in their homes.
• Access to our office is now restricted, and we are maintaining ongoing communications with our vendors as to their process with the COVID-19 virus; and
• We continue to review our policies and processes to allow our employees to make practical decisions for themselves and their families.
As many of you are aware, Indiana has issued a “Stay at Home Order”, effective March 25 – April 7, 2020 directing all residents to stay in their homes and leave only to provide or obtain essential services. However, our services in Plumbing and HVAC have been deemed essential throughout this order.
As we collectively work our way through the COVID-19 pandemic, rest assured that we will continue to do everything within our power to help you with your service needs, while protecting the health of our employees, customers, and suppliers.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
