We wrapped up #2025 with a festive Holiday Celebration at our St. Louis headquarters! 🎄

From holiday outfits and fun photo‑booth moments to lots of smiling faces, our teams came together to celebrate the end of a busy year and the people who make Watlow such a special place to work.

A big thank you to everyone who helped organize the event and to all our team members for your hard work, collaboration and positive energy throughout 2025.

Earlier this month, Watlow joined an exciting innovation sprint at Make48-Winona, where teams have 48 hours to design, prototype, and pitch a new idea to a panel of judges held at Minnesota State College Southeast.

It was an inspiring showcase of teamwork, rapid prototyping and ingenuity, exactly the kind of energy that drives the next generation of makers and engineers.

Winona Team Making a Difference. It's amazing what happens when people come together for a cause bigger than themselves.

Our Winona team volunteered with 𝘍𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘔𝘺 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 (FMSC), helping pack over 101,000 meals and raising $32,305 enough to feed 278 children for an entire year.

More than numbers, it's about the lives touched and the compassion shared. Thank you to everyone who gave their time, energy and heart

Watlow is honored to continue supporting the next generation of female engineers through our partnership with Cor Jesu Academy. As a founding member of the Cor Jesu Corporate Partners Initiative, we are proud to provide scholarships each year to two students with a passion for engineering. These scholarships give students the opportunity to explore their interests through immersive summer camps at Missouri S&T or Saint Louis University.

Congratulations to this year’s inspiring recipients, Avery and Mary Ella, both members of the Class of 2028! We can’t wait to see the incredible things you’ll accomplish.

Each year, Watlow, a founding member of the Cor Jesu Corporate Partners Initiative, awards scholarships to two Cor Jesu students with an interest in engineering. These scholarships cover the cost of an engineering summer camp at either Missouri S&T or St. Louis University, where students gain hands-on experience in engineering, problem-solving and design.
