We recently wrapped up our second year supporting KidSmart through our back-to-school supply drive.

If you don't know KidSmart -- Tools For Learning, they run a free supply store for St. Louis area teachers in under-resourced schools. Teachers shop, kids get what they need, nobody pays. They equip tens of thousands of local students every year, and most of it comes from drives like this one.

We realized last year that KidSmart still uses a picture of our office coordinator's daughter from 13 years ago! She's graduated now, and she helped deliver the donations.

Chess or Golf, we'll play both. ⛳♟️

Our very own Brett Rossomanno was a part of the Chess Club & Scholastic Center of Saint Louis's 16th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, supporting the club's chess education and outreach programs. We are proud to be the MEPFP and Civil Engineering team who helped create such a wonderful and unique recreational center for chess players in the St. Louis area.

Our Enterprise Way project in Bridgeton was recently mentioned in First Alert 4's story on how MSD Project Clear is addressing rainfall events and stormwater control! Our civil team replaced an open detention basin with an underground StormTech system by Advanced Drainage Systems beneath the expanded parking lot. Improved stormwater protection, plus usable space gained back.

Some buildings are too good to lose.
This one opened in 1903 as one of Wisconsin's first Carnegie libraries and today serves the U.S. District Court.

G&W handled the MEPFP engineering for its second-floor renovation, fitting new HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and power behind original plaster and stained glass. Work like this keeps landmarks standing and useful for the next generation.

When Zelis needed a second production facility, they didn't shop around. They came back to us.
We engineered their first plant in Fenton, MO. When they opened a second in Phoenix, they brought their own architect and still trusted G&W with the engineering, because we were already licensed in Arizona and they already knew the result.
