We aren't done celebrating yet!

We've got another shout out to Retiree - Kent Ramsey!

Robert "Kent" Ramsey started in paint, then to D41 weld, then to Shop 50.

He had some kind words to say of Landoll Company- "It gave me an incredible life...I told my sister I'd never drive a nice vehicle- next thing you know, I am driving a nice vehicle. The job pays well and got me out of a financial hole....and along the way I made a few good friends." After talking with Mr. Ramsey, it was easy to figure out he's not a serious person! He likes to joke and try to keep things light around him.

In retirement- he's got a plethora of things to do...Camping, boating, fishing, a few trips (he's ready to go to San Antonio, watch girls volleyball....because being from Beatrice, NE he's a big UNL Volleyball fan....), and he's got some hidden talents- including embroidery....

His main advice to anyone entering the work force- "Be willing to work and take responsibility for what you do!"

From the Landoll team- Good Luck to You Kent! Sending another hug for a great life in retirement!

Lots of Celebrations are Happening at Landoll....
Today we celebrate a recent retiree....Robert Heavner

Robert has been with the Landoll Team for 7 years. His story is interesting...He moved to Florida in the '80s...and moved back a few years back ....

He gives all credit to his success to God. "I am happy with having a job....and enjoyed working for someone who dedicated their life to this place and it's success. I believe I need to do a good job at whatever I do for the man above...."

When asked what he is going to do in retirement, he said chuckling "retirement things, and what I do when I am not here..." after lots of conversation that lead to his interest in worship, loving his wife and family, and setting up food plots for deer."

He says to the new people joining the team..."Learn the standardized way. Pay attention and ask questions."

Thanks Robert, for giving us 7 years of your time and talent! Best wishes in your retirement!
