Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Stake heights on walls
• Lay-down grid lines with Robotic Total Station
• Vertical and Horizontal Layout
• Clean up CAD Drawings
• Set up CAD Drawings for layout use (vector lines, set up layout points, set control points)
• Laser level horizontal formwork
• Coordination with Superintendent/Foreman
• Surveying
• Detailing Drawings
• Miscellaneous other tasks as required

Preferred Experience:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are a leading Concrete Contractor in the Puget Sound Market.

The Construction Superintendent manages the day to day operations of the construction projects they are assigned to. Providing overall leadership to ensure projects are completed on schedule, in a safe manner, within budget, and to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of concrete construction.
• Plan and execute construction sequencing.
• Plan and execute schedule.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project equipment, materials, and tools.
• Manage crew and coordinate with General, Subcontractors and other trades as needed.
• Perform Quality Checks on all form systems.
• Ensure that all unsafe conditions or work practices are immediately resolved.

Preferred Experience:
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means, methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and understand structural, architectural, civic, and landscape drawings with a general understanding of other bid/project documents.
• Review shop drawings and other submittals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Projects, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Detailed, organized, and self-motivated.
• First Aid Certified.

Carmona Construction is looking for a Construction Bilingual (Eng/Spanish) Field Administrative Assistant, this position is primarily responsible for performing administrative support at the jobsite(s), requires travel to job sites and Main Office in Marysville. Travel may be between Bellingham and Tacoma.

• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a Plus

To save money they are reusing bags from May 9, 2020! Please remember it's on the 14th!

Also, just wanted you to know that the Marysville Food Bank will have volunteers out picking up the bags to help reduce the work of the Letter Carriers.
