Sorry to post everything at once!! It’s been a super busy summer!

Another super fun bathroom remodel. This particular bathroom is on a slab. The customer wanted to make the bathroom more handicap accessible for his daughter. Super sweet folks! We went in and tore out all of the old stuff and had to bust concrete to move the plumbing. The customer had purchased the Wedi system for the shower. With that, he had to use a certain company to do his tile work so it didn’t void any warranty. He also purchased a neat window for the shower (I don’t have a picture, unfortunately). It’s clear, but you can flip a light switch and it frosts over. We went back in and placed the toilet and installed the sink and shower fixtures.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a contractor that will do plumbing in a slab. This is one that we’ve been working on. I’m terrible at remembering to take pictures, but this one has since been put in the dry and plumbing ran through the walls. Just have to go back and install fixtures when it’s ready.

I apologize for not having a before photo. This bathroom had rotten subfloor around the toilet which was a safety hazard for the tenants. We went in and ripped out the old floor and replaced the subfloor and flooring.

I’ve got to get better at taking before and after photos. This was probably the most rewarding project we worked on this summer and for a super sweet lady! We removed all of the old, rotten decking boards and replaced with new.
