Official Announcement:

Gustave H. Wanner, President of Exitech Corporation, retired in March concluding forty years of exemplary service. We congratulate him on a well-deserved retirement with our profound gratitude for all he has done. His remarkable achievements are worthy of celebration.

Mr. Wanner's many years of dedicated service and hard work have contributed significantly to our success. While Mr. Wanner retired from his full-time role, he remains affiliated with Exitech Corporation as a consultant, lending his extensive expertise to various projects as they arise.

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Michael W. Armistead as the new President of Exitech Corporation. In conjunction with this new role, Mr. Armistead has acquired a significant stake in the company and now leads the technical activities and new business ventures. He has served Exitech admirably for the past thirty years.

In addition, Exitech Corporation is now a woman-owned business with Melissa K. Lloyd joining the Board of Directors. She now fills the position of Vice President, overseeing the corporate and administrative aspects of the company.

Exitech Corporation was established in 1985 through a collaboration between Evan E.M. Lloyd, Rob A. Johnson, and Gustave H. Wanner.

9/1/2020 Exitech Corporation of Maryville, TN is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a long term contract by the Nuclear Regulator Commission (NRC) to provide Support Services for the NRC Technical Training Center Configuration Control Program at its Technical Training Center in Chattanooga, TN. The scope of work includes hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, as well as procurement assistance, associated with 6 full scope nuclear plant simulators. Exitech will be staffing the training facility as well as providing on-call assistance from its offices in Maryville, TN and St. Marys, GA.
