Offering heating and cooling, mechanical contracting, custom sheet metal work, custom ductwork, and other services, from its humble beginning from a home’s basement to a 36,000-square-foot building 3 ½ years ago, North Central Mechanical Services has grown steadily over the years.

Responsibilities
As an HVAC sales representative, your responsibilities are to generate new customer leads, form a positive relationship with each customer, and recommend and sell heating, ventilation, or air conditioning products to leads and current customers.
Job requirements
Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in sales
HVAC Background is preferred (but will train the right person if needed).
Must have understanding of HVAC related systems as well as Indoor Air Quality products.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Active listening, prospecting, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Must know howto read and design blueprints, offer quotes, write proposals and contracts, and problem-solve for clients.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Pass a background check and drug screening
