AccuteX EDM offers a wide-range of wire EDM machines at an affordable price.
1. AX Series/SP Series/AU Series - Travelling column T-base design eliminates X/Y axes compound error and assures work is always fully supported by the table regardless of positions. The design and construction offer rigid high grade Meehanite casting and reinforced alloy water-cooled lower arm for stability and accuracy. Auto Wire Threading (AWT) technology saves time by threading at the wire break point without having to return to the starting point. Under 10 second time with total reliability. Electrolysis-free machining, SD Master (1 rough cut technology) and super accuracies make this wire EDM attractive. Two key features are the Turn & Burn which is great for medical equipment and aerospace components, and AccuteX's 6th axis rotary table which is fully submersible and perfect for 5-axis simultaneous cutting of complex medical and aerospace parts.
