Gateway Lofts, a new residential development consisting of 288 apartments at Renaissance Pointe in Middletown, will be constructed off Union Road. This development will set a “standard for all future multi-family developments going forward for the city” according to Middletown’s city planner.

The historic Emery Theater, built in 1911 and located at 1112 Walnut St. in Cincinnati, is undergoing a $51.5 million renovation led by the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. Scheduled for completion in October 2024, the project aims to transform the venue into one of the nation's most technologically advanced proscenium-style theaters.
Major upgrades include a fully automated stage lift, a digital LED rear wall, projection mapping, and expanded facilities such as a larger lobby, restrooms on every level, and an elevator for accessibility. The renovation will enhance year-round programming, boost tourism, and contribute to Cincinnati's local economy, making the Emery Theater a cultural and community centerpiece.

The Findlay Community Center is an exciting, new transformation in Cincinnati. Construction has begun on the $46 million community center, part of a $100 million revitalization of OTR North. The 60,000-square-foot facility will offer a gym, pool, roller rink, weight room, track, community spaces, and youth programming. An 8,000-square-foot child care center will cater to children from six weeks to pre-kindergarten, making this project a vibrant hub for recreation, connection, and growth in the community.

Everly, a new 29-lot townhome development, is now open along Woodburn Avenue. Everly consists of 26 townhomes and three single-family homes, with prices starting at $600,000. These residences are LEED certified and offer up to 2,437 square feet of living space. Onyx + East, an Indy-based townhome developer with a focus on creating urban neighborhoods, has already exceeded their projected $70 million in investments in Cincinnati.

The developer behind these luxury townhomes entered the Cincinnati market in 2022 expecting to invest $70M in new projects. It has already surpassed that goal. "This is just the start for us. We're excited to do more."

The Moxy is now open in downtown Cincinnati. Three renovated historic buildings and a new 7-story tower make up the newest hotel in the city located at 312 Main St. The 111-room hotel includes Chase rooftop bar and various amenities. There is an outdoor courtyard with fire pits and string lights; The Spark, which serves as a meeting space; Rise + Grind, a fitness studio; and fantastic views of Cincinnati.

Today we celebrate Rob Keller and his incredible 30 year anniversary milestone with Bayer Becker. Rob began as a co-op in 1990 and has been a cornerstone of our team ever since. A proud University of Kentucky Wildcat, Rob works out of our Ft. Mitchell office and is a familiar face throughout our Northern Kentucky communities. Kroger is expanding near Northern Kentucky University. The area has grown significantly since the original store was built in 1988. Cold Spring city council has approved this Kroger expansion for 19.7 acres at 70 Martha Layne Collins Blvd. The zone change allows for a complete rebuild into a Kroger Marketplace.

Dorothy Lane Market, known as DLM, is set to open its largest store in Mason this summer. The new location will be the grocer's first in the Cincinnati market and is part of a $150 million mixed-use development. DLM will hire 300 new employees for this 60,000-square-foot store, which includes a 50,000-square-foot main level and a 9,000-square-foot mezzanine for an on-site culinary center.

Cincinnati Children's Pediatric Primary Care and Specialty Care is the first of its kind in Northern Kentucky. The new one-story medical facility will house over three dozen employees, dedicated to serving the medical needs of growing families in the Union area. It will host specialty clinics in various fields, including Dermatology, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Adolescent Medicine, Neonatology, Pulmonology, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, ensuring comprehensive care and support for pediatric patients.
