This week, CEM had the pleasure of supporting a training seminar at the LVFZ Dairy Analytics Center in Triesdorf, hosted by the Bavarian State Research Center for Agriculture.

Students explored methods for determining fat, dry matter, and protein content, as well as ashing, using CEM’s advanced laboratory systems. Combining theoretical instruction with hands-on experience, the seminar demonstrated how CEM technologies support fast, reliable, and safe food and dairy analysis.
