Another great project wrapping up with long time customers and friends Jason and Allison. We originally finished their basement for them years ago and have been back many times since. This project involved taking a smaller kitchen footprint and expanding into the adjacent rooms for a well-situated kitchen, pantry, laundry and half bathroom. Always a pleasure working with WS Design and all of our talented tradesmen and partners to make a project like this happen. Thank you for utilizing us again on your project!

Bathroom renovations at Maumee Bay Brewing in downtown Toledo. We recently completed two full bathroom renovations at the Brew Pub and thoroughly enjoyed working with all parties. A continuation of the downtown Perrysburg project. Here is a look inside part of the main level. The structural beams used to remove bearing sections of wall were stained and finished. A nice touch to bring in some of the different design elements used throughout this project. This project was fully designed by Grant, Pete and Bernie. We have another one in downtown Perrysburg starting soon!

A full house remodel in downtown Perrysburg. This would have been a great candidate to knock down and build new but there is something satisfying about repurposing existing structures.

The mint green, while nice, had to go on this project. Adding some space to this bathroom from adjacent rooms allowed the addition of a large soaking tub as well as an expansion for the steam shower. An amazing feature this time of year in Ohio!
