Weekend update!

We will be closed tomorrow Friday June 5th while we attend Nucleate festivities

We will however be open normal hours Saturday June 6th, with a guest bartender

If you are attending Nucleate on Saturday, Brent and Chris will be there pouring!

It's been a while since we've posted, and we have some big changes to go over since the last time we've posted (all good news, we promise)

In the meantime, hello again everyone.

Our bottles are OI

Of the 20,000 + pounds of honey we buy per year, half of it is locally harvested

We buy berries from Ackerman, Johnston, and Polter Berry Farms

We buy Cider from MacQueen and Witts

We buy all of our Basil from Balance Farms

We get Black Currants from Sophia Quintero Cultural Center Gardens

Our labels were produced by a local company (they were unfortunately bought out and shipped out of state, so we are in search of a new local supply)

Our festival labels are produced by Steve Wherry

When it's gone, we are going to obsess over recreating it for a while, but that could take weeks, months, YEARS! Well maybe not years, but still.

Maumee River Fest is happening from 2-7 in downtown Maumee today, but just a bit further uo the road, we have all these treats, ready and waiting for you!

Brent will be running the bar from 4-10 tonight, so swing out and enjoy our diverse menu!

Things are back in full motion around here and it feels good to see the whole machine running again

More honey headed into tanks for our Quarter Two availability.

We got the Strawberry situation under control, and we are starting to get Basil trickling in so we will have fresh kegs of our four Flagship Hydromels

The last kegs of Pineberry Bliss have been filled for the year, and we will transition to a Quarter Two Seasonal. A brand new Hydromel Cyser produced by Brent for the swing from Spring to Summer! Stay tuned for further details!

April's Dichro is Plum, so we will move from that fun new blended Stonefruit Dichro, into a more pure expression. If you've have Plum Dichro before, you already know this is one of the top Dichros we make! If you haven't tried it yet, you gotta see what you've been missing!

Taproom is open Friday's and Saturday's from 4:00-10:00pm
We have no scheduled food trucks for this weekend, so feel free to bring food in, or have delivery from any of the nearby restaurants!
