We’re wrapping up work on multiple projects this week and starting something new, and we’re grateful for the steady opportunities to serve our community.

This week looks like:
• Continuing finish work and cabinet sealing at the Cabiness Road whole-home remodel
• Getting started on a siding project here in Krebs that we’re helping bring across the finish line
• Completing a luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installation on another project

It’s been a full one for our crew! Here’s a look at what we’ve been working on:
✅ Making headway on drywall in the garage and the new expanded bathroom at the Cabiness Road Remodel
✅ Moving forward on soffit, fascia, and exterior paint at the Tennessee Avenue project before the rain rolled in
✅ Reframing attic stairs, repairing cracks, and prepping the garage for paint
✅ Demoing and trenching for new metal underpinning on a mobile home skirting project

We’re hard at work on a home that will soon be hitting the market!

Today’s projects include:
✅ Scraping, securing, caulking & priming soffits and fascia — prepping them for a crisp paint finish
✅ Replacing rotted boards around the garage door frame and repainting for strength and curb appeal
✅ Removing old attic stairs and framing in a new access door
✅ Patching holes, taping cracks, and finishing the garage walls for fresh paint

✨ Cabiness Road Remodel Update ✨

This remodel has been such a rewarding transformation to see unfold! We’ve gone from dark paneling, popcorn ceilings, and closed-in spaces to bright, open, and inviting rooms that feel like a whole new home. 🌟

We’re now wrapping up the final touches inside the main house and moving into the laundry room and garage area. The last interior phase includes expanding the second bathroom to double its original size, giving the home more space and function for everyday living.

From the beginningg to nearly the end, this has truly been a complete home transformation — one that shows how updating a house and knocking out some walls can completely change the way it feels to live in.
