Out in Deep South Texas this week, the StarAlt team is making the rounds, checking in on systems we installed years ago and on customers who still trust us to stand behind our work.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of orphaned systems out there. Installers who disappeared. Companies that moved on. Customers left without support once the sale was done.
That’s never been how we operate.
At StarAlt, our responsibility doesn’t end at commissioning. We stay connected to our customers long after the initial install, monitoring performance, staying ahead of issues, and stepping in proactively when something needs attention.
