been solicited on many projects including: lease spaces, warehouses, schools, privately owned businesses,
and government agencies. NM Contracting LLC carries general liability insurance and workmen’s comp., required by all general
contractors. NM Contracting LLC has been a member of the Associated General Contractors of America since 1999. We would appreciate the opportunity t

On April 19th, Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 celebrated the Ribbon Cutting of their new Training Facility in Edinburg, TX.

NM Contracting was honored to serve as the General Contractor for this project and appreciates the trust placed in our team to deliver a facility that will support the district’s continued growth and operations.

This 8,000 SF training facility reflects HCDD1’s commitment to operational excellence, workforce development, and long-term service to the community. The facility will support both administrative operations and hands-on training for the teams responsible for maintaining and improving drainage infrastructure throughout Hidalgo County.

We would also like to recognize the leadership of the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Board of Directors, whose vision and guidance helped bring this project forward.

Congratulations to HCDD1 on this achievement, and thank you for allowing NM Contracting to be part of a project that will serve the community for years to come.

NM Contracting is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team!

If you’re a strong leader with hands-on construction experience who can manage job sites, coordinate crews, and keep projects on schedule, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and building codes
- Maintain project schedules and monitor progress
- Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks
- Lead job site meetings and communicate updates to project management
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule or budget
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation
- Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections

Our team is proud to have received the award for Outstanding Construction Project Under $15 Million. This achievement reflects the dedication, craftsmanship, and collaboration that went into delivering exceptional results for our client.

Sea Turtle Inc. is the largest enclosed Sea turtle hospital in the world. A 15,000 sq. ft. 2 story state of the art facility. This facility includes a laboratory, tank display area, CT Scan Room, and animal clinic.

🎉 PROJECT AWARDED! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that we’ve been awarded the Starr County Courthouse Transitional Temporary Housing.

This 8,460 sq ft. interior build-out will provide temporary housing to support ongoing courthouse operations. The facility will include two fully functional courtrooms with holding cells, office space for judges and staff.

We look forward to partnering with Starr County and the project team to bring this important facility to life.
