If fall had a favorite fireplace, we’re pretty sure this would be it.

Natural stone, a rustic wood mantel, and all the cozy details.

What do you think? Would you choose a stone fireplace for your home?

Some houses were made for hosting. And we’d say this one understood the assignment.

A lot of the homes we build belong to people who don't live here yet. That's normal.

Ask any builder you talk to how you'll see progress when you're not local, how often you'll hear from them, and who you call with a question.

You should feel close to the build even from a few states away.

And we’re just getting started...

Before we price a house, we want to know what the lot is doing.

A topographic survey shows us the slope, the drainage, and where the house can sit without fighting the land. It's a small early cost that keeps a much larger one off your plate later.

Every lot in Savannah Lakes Village is a little different, and that's usually a good thing.
