This wire was melting. It probably would have burned out on the hottest day in July. Found this in McDonough on an a/c call. Changed the disconnect and fixed the wire. Aaac Service Heating and Air

Customer heard noise from the return. They determined that it was coming from the furnace. I arrived and found the manual was stuck in the blower wheel. This furnace is 5 years old. It was probably left under the blower and worked its way loose. The manual is not supposed to be left in the compartment. An easy fix for Aaac Service Heating and Air

Remove stains caused by a leaking drain and a leaking roof. Spray Scrubbing Bubbles Foaming Bleach on them. Cover the furniture and yourself. Spray it on and let it dry. Repeat until stain is gone. Do not wipe it. You will make a mess. Dab it on if you must. No need to kilz or paint the ceiling. Save yourself time and money it's pretty easy. Cold copper refrigerant pipes and sometimes the pvc drains get condensation when they are in a hot attic. Seal any places air flows from and insulate any bare spots on the line set. It is the same as your glass with ice in it getting droplets on it. Stains on the ceiling could be bare spots on the line set dripping moisture. I sealed that top part. Aaac Service Heating and Air

The capacitor was bad. It was a 70/5 . I thought it might be the wrong size so I looked on the compressor. Well, it was right but still bad. I got the top off after I put down the phone. If you are lucky you can still read the size on the motor and compressor. Aaac Service Heating and Air

My light keeps going out. Sometimes I wish I had help with me. A/c not cooling Air conditioner had no R22. Had to go in and look for the leak. Aaac Service Heating and Air

I found the coil leaking bad. You can't just fill it. I did spray it to show leak to customer. R22 could are hard to find. I got 1 and gave them an estimate. If the ac was in bad condition I would recommend a new system but no this time. Al Brady
