We’re looking for a Project Manager (or Project Supervisor) to join our team at 180 Custom Manufacturing! We specialize in millwright work, welding, custom metal fabrication, and equipment installation—someone with a construction, millwright, or fabrication background would be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll lead projects from start to finish—coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring quality results. Prior experience managing construction or fabrication projects is essential. You should be comfortable with hands-on work when needed. Strong organizational skills and leadership are a must.
AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other design software a plus.
Our office is in McGregor, TX with most of our projects in the Waco area, but some occasional travel is required. Must be drug free and have a clean driving record.
