Today, the Hooven & Co., Inc. crew celebrated an incredible milestone—two decades of Kalynne being an absolute rockstar!

We marked the big 2-0 the best way we know how: with a wonderful lunch and an even more amazing dessert. Safe to say, the food coma was real and we all collectively needed a company-wide nap afterward!

Cheers to 20 phenomenal years, Kalynne! Thank you for everything you do, and here’s to keeping up the amazing work!🚧👷‍♀️

Last Friday, some of our crew attended the Humboldt Builders Exchange Holiday Dinner, and we are absolutely thrilled to announce that our very own Andrew Stephens was nominated for Trades Person of the Year! 🏆

When Andrew joined Hooven & Co., Inc. in 2018, he had little experience. Through hard work, he quickly mastered his trade, becoming recognized for his versatility and willingness to tackle diverse projects—from concrete and asphalt work to even the occasional tough sewer line. Today, as a Foreman, he applies this dedication to his leadership role, managing projects with precision, mentoring new employees, and upholding our standards for excellence and productivity.

As an exciting highlight of the evening, Andrew was one of the lucky nominees whose name was drawn, and he walked away with a fantastic $500 prize! 💰

His dedication to the company does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate all of his hard work. Congratulations on the nomination and the win, Andrew!
