Please join us in welcoming Jeremy Armstrong to Pogue as our new Vice President of Austin!

Jeremy brings extensive experience in the Austin market and a strong background in construction, business development and relationship building. In his new role, he will help lead our Austin operations and support Pogue’s continued growth in Central Texas.

Originally from Ayer, Massachusetts, Jeremy played college football and later coached high school football to a state championship. He’s also a singer-songwriter and guitarist, and you’ll often find him on a trail with his golden retriever, Lincoln.

We’re excited to have Jeremy and his family on the team and look forward to what’s ahead for Pogue in Austin.

Welcome to Pogue, Jeremy!

Great schools are built by people who care deeply about the impact of their work.

We're proud to be recognized as the #2 K-12 Builder in the Nation by Building Design+Construction. This achievement reflects the dedication, expertise, and ownership mindset of our employee-owners, who bring their best to every project, and the trust of the clients and communities we serve.

We're most proud of our people. Every day, our employee-owners demonstrate a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and service that extends far beyond the jobsite. Their passion for building strong relationships and creating lasting impact is what makes recognitions like this possible.‌

We're back with another edition of Interns in Action, this time featuring our Princeton ISD interns!

Our interns had the opportunity to spend part of their summer in the field, gaining firsthand experience alongside our project teams. In this spotlight, they reflect on their time with Pogue and share how the experience helped them grow both personally and professionally.

We're proud to give our interns the opportunity to learn construction by being part of it and grateful for the partnership of the universities helping develop the next generation of industry leaders.

From the jobsite to the office, every person on our team has played a role in this achievement.

We're grateful to be recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as the #1 Most Revenue Added company and the #19 Fastest Growing Company. It's a reflection of the relationships we've built, the projects we've delivered, and the people who make it all possible.
Thank you for growing with us.

For Wesley Rogers, one of the best parts of Pogue’s culture is the people.

Throughout his career, he has enjoyed working alongside talented, professional teammates who have helped shape the way he approaches projects, relationships, and leadership.

Wesley is also a strong believer in the value of preconstruction. In his experience, the time and effort put in on the front end can make all the difference once the project is underway. When teams identify challenges early, get aligned, and build a clear plan, that work continues to pay off throughout the life of the project.

On every project, Wesley takes pride in helping maintain a healthy team dynamic. Owners, architects, and contractors all want the same thing: a successful project. Even when challenges come up, open communication, mutual respect, and a collaborative mindset help keep everyone focused on the outcome.
