For Nick Williams, the past 17 years have been enjoyable for more than one reason; it’s the people. Nick leads by example, earning respect through a can-do attitude and a willingness to step in wherever he’s needed. To him, the greatest success isn’t personal recognition—it’s seeing his team succeed. By supporting those on the front lines and making sure they have what they need to excel, he knows that when they win, Pogue wins.
