🎉 We’re excited to announce Jei Geri has joined the Quadrant team as a Territory Sales Manager!🎉

Jei brings more than a decade of hands-on spray foam experience, from spraying and quality control to estimating, business operations, and contractor support. His background includes everything from working directly with builders and homeowners to running his own rig and business across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Before entering the spray foam industry, Jei served as an Army Behavioral Health NCO, where he developed the communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape his approach today.

Known throughout the industry for his strong relationships, product knowledge, and active presence within the spray foam community, Jei has worked with many of the industry’s leading brands and understands the real-world challenges contractors face every day.

We’re thrilled to have his experience, passion, and customer-first mindset as part of the Quadrant team. Welcome aboard, Jei!

We’re proud to announce that Robert Jamieson, President of Quadrant Performance Materials, is running for an At-large Voting Member position on the SPFA Board.

For more than 40 years, Robert has helped build businesses, lead teams, and support growth across multiple industries, with deep roots in spray foam dating back to 2011. His experience includes founding the original Quadrant (QuadFoam brand) and serving in ownership and leadership roles with Accella, Carlisle, SPI, Versaflex, and now as founder of Quadrant Performance Materials and the EnviroSeal brand.

If you’ve spent time in the SPF industry, chances are you’ve seen the impact of Robert’s work and leadership firsthand. As he likes to say, "SPF and roof coatings are in my DNA".

The SPFA should serve as a strong voice for contractors and helping create a path to long-term success for the spray foam industry. His platform focuses on three key priorities:

1. Contractor Advocacy - Supporting a contractor-first organization focused on practical guidance, building science, and helping members operate safely, efficiently, and responsibly.

2. Industry Growth - Promoting education, support, and business opportunities that help contractors grow across residential new construction, retrofit, and commercial markets.

3. Growth of the Association - Helping expand SPFA membership by delivering meaningful value and support for contractors at every stage of their business.

Robert is passionate about strengthening the future of spray foam, supporting contractors, and helping move the industry forward.

🎉 We’re excited to welcome Kelly Destatte to the Quadrant team as our new National & Strategic Accounts Manager! 🎉

Kelly brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, having served in leadership roles spanning customer care, territory sales, and national account management. Throughout her career, she has developed strong customer partnerships, led strategic growth efforts, and delivered solutions focused on long-term success and customer satisfaction.

Her strengths in relationship building, problem solving, and customer support have made her a trusted resource across the industry, and we’re thrilled to have her expertise and experience joining the Quadrant team.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, watching her sons play soccer, golfing, attending concerts, and staying active with sports and new adventures.

Sam Manandhar proudly served in the United States Army from July 2014 to November 2024.

Enlisting as a Petroleum Laboratory Technician, Sam performed standardized testing and analysis on petroleum products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with military and industry standards.

During his service, he was stationed with the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and the 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley, Kansas. He also deployed to Iraq in 2021 and 2024 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

His time in the Army helped shape a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict procedures.

Today, those qualities continue to guide his work in his role as a Lab Technician at Quadrant.

Mike Sparkman proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1978 to 1983.

During his time on active duty, he trained across a wide range of disciplines, from jungle warfare and cold weather survival to SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape). Mike spent much of his time with the 1st Marine Division, supporting multiple units and deployments throughout his service.

Reflecting on his time in service, Mike describes it as an experience he’ll always value, and one he’d do again in a heartbeat.

Two core Marine Corps principles have stayed with him ever since:

- “Semper Fidelis”, a reminder that Marines are always faithful to their mission, their comrades, and the values of the Corps.
- “Improvise, adapt, overcome.”

Today, Mike brings that same dedication and resilience to his role as Maintenance Manager at Quadrant.

Steven proudly served in the United States Navy from 1995 to 1998, with continued service in the Navy Reserve through 2003.

He achieved the rank of Petty Officer Third Class (E-4) as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate, where he was an aircraft director on the flight deck. During his service, Steven was stationed aboard the USS Nassau (LHA-4), homeported in Norfolk, Virginia.

Today, that same sense of pride and commitment carries into his role as a Technical Services Representative at Quadrant, helping customers in the field and supporting teams every step of the way.

Kevin Wiacek proudly served in the United States Air Force from 2004 to 2010.

During his six years of service, Kevin held both acquisition and operational roles. He supported advanced technology development at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and later executed critical space missions with Air Force Space Command.

He contributed to the development of advanced materials and capacitor technologies for next-generation energy storage systems for directed energy weapons, and later served as a Crew Commander with the 12th Space Warning Squadron at Thule Air Base in Greenland, supporting missile warning and space surveillance missions.

Kevin also served as a Mission Commander and Chief of Weapons and Tactics, operating the U.S. communications satellite constellation.

One lesson that has stayed with him is the concept of creative destruction, the idea of building what’s next before what’s current reaches its peak. As Kevin explains, the F-22 was developed to replace the F-15, but the program actually began years before the F-15’s first flight.

That forward-thinking mindset, anticipating what comes next and investing early, continues to guide his approach to product development and the work he leads today as Vice President of Brand and Product Development at Quadrant.

Giving back starts with showing up 🐾

The Quadrant team came together to support the SPCA of Texas, collecting blankets, canned food, treats, leashes, and other essentials for the animals in their care.

This effort was led by our own Susan Ferron, who helped bring it all together and turn a great idea into something very meaningful. It’s moments like this that define the Best Team in Foam.
