Today we were able to get this old HVAC “dinosaur” back up and running for a homeowner in Sherman. While the system is definitely showing its age, our goal was simple: restore operation safely and give the customer time to evaluate their replacement options without being forced into a rushed decision.

While most technicians fix it right the first time, Jake believes every customer deserves a follow-up visit. Sometimes two. Occasionally three.

Legend says if Jake installs a capacitor, he’ll stop by next week just to make sure it still misses him.

When asked why he’s heading back to the same house for the third time, Jake simply tips his hat and says:

“I’m just building customer relationships.”

All jokes aside, Jake keeps a great attitude, works hard, and takes care of our customers. We wouldn’t have him any other way.
