Not every roof follows the standard.

My roof is perfection and a level 4 shingle, which resist Hale damage in the future… I also had solar panels removed, and then they put the solar panels back on and recalibrated them with a solar panel expert as part of their company.Mr Cameron Elwell the Austin project manager performed the best customer service …. When our house was badly damaged by a terrible hail storm, Will from Wortham Brothers was the first guy on the scene and the last guy we needed to talk to. He went around noting damage to the house and our properties -- not just the roof. He was very easy and reassuring to talk to. When the insurance adjustor came, Will was there to walk through with him.Our insurance company was slammed, and it took a while to get all of the paperwork through and check to us and the mortgage company. In the meantime, Wortham did the much larger house across the street --in a single day! And it looked great.When the day came to do our house, Santos and his crew arrived early to get the job done. Our house presented some difficulties because of its layout and the very steep pitch of our roof -- more like something you'd see up north in snow country, but they worked their tails off getting the job done in one day and it looks great! These guys work hard and obviously care about the job they do.And one final difficulty -- they couldn't pull their big trailer up to the house and that meant they had to throw all of the old stuff down onto tarps and move it to the trailer. Lots of hoisting and carrying!But they did a great job cleaning up. We policed and picked up a few bits, but you would never know there was a crew of men ripping an old roof off and putting a new on one.Lest I forget -- I saw the materials that were delivered. After a devastating fire damaged this Denton home, the homeowners were suddenly walking through an incredibly stressful and emotional situation. Before any rebuilding could begin, the first priority was helping protect the home from even more damage.
