Think your AC isn't keeping up? Save money on service by checking a couple of things before you call.

1. Dirty filters will cause your system to freeze over, make sure they are clean.
2. You can expect a 15-20 degree drop in temp from the air going into the return and the air coming out of the vents. Sometimes it is just doing all it can do, especially in 90+ degree days.
3. If your system is freezing over and your filters are clean, turn the system off so it can thaw before we arrive. This will save time and money on return trips.

I would like to recognize our very first Employee of the Week, Bauer. Bauer found time in between eating the couch cushion and barking at whatever Roscoe barked at to make sure I was able to enjoy my lunch. She watched every bite I took and even offered to check it to make sure it was not poisoned. When I was done, she cleaned my plate so it could be returned directly to the cabinet. All Bauer ever asks for in return is butt scratches. She is still trying to figure out the age old question "Whose a good girl?"
