Hi McMinnville Friends!
I just want to take a second to invite all my friends in Yamhill County to a cool event we're planning in Mac next week at the Community Center!
We're rolling out a cool pilot program to help people create ADUs on their property.
In case you haven't heard, the laws have recently changed making it easier to build ADUs. ADUs are smaller secondary housing units built on single-family home lots. Great way to help our growing kids find an affordable place to live while they become established. It's also great for family members who want to downsize and live close or if you simply want to create long-term rental income to help fund your retirement.
