Our last July Safety Award went to Jimmy Nash. Jimmy has been a member of our safety committee at OMP and has been running the truck safety meetings on the job site this year. He is an important member of the OMP family and a great example of job site safety and commitment.

July Job Safety Awards

On US 395 we want to thank Heath Pierce for teaching the other truckers proper CB communication with the crew, flaggers and each other.

In Roseburg Dale Kaltsukis assisted ODOT in making sure truckers were using back up alarms at all times in the work zone.

Thank you both for all of your hard work, keeping the jobs moving, and most of all keeping our OMP family safe.

Heavy Highway Construction Folks: Oregon Mainline Paving is hiring a Project Manager/Estimator to join the team!

Location: 75% Remote / 25% On the Road (job sites/meetings)

Job Overview:
Ensuring goals and project schedules are met in an efficient, profitable and safe manner. This takes accurate budgeting, forecasting, employee management, bidding, estimating, problem solving and working collaboratively with other stakeholders.

We are Looking For:
-Relevant BS degree and/or 6-8 years work experience in heavy civil construction.
-5+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, Estimator or similar position.
-Experience in Heavy Highway Construction, DOT, Civil Construction / Engineering, Asphalt Paving highly preferred.
